换向接触器在电路中的作用

换向接触器有一对常闭和常开换向触点。它是大功率电路中不可缺少的控制元件。可单独使用,也可与两台组合使用,控制电机的正反转。特别适用于电动车、绞车、电动葫芦,在实际使用中效果非常好。当电磁体不通电时,常闭触点连接到控制电路。

换向接触器

当电磁铁通电时,常闭触点电路断电,常开触点电路接通,电路完成转换。这就是换向接触器在电路中的作用。动触头的接触件内设有接触件的绝缘套管,芯轴内设有调整垫圈。采取绝缘措施,防止电弧喷到芯棒上,造成导电部分与外壳短路。

换向接触器一般用于电动绞车、电动叉车、工程机械等直流大电流换向或通断控制系统。安装在接触器联动机构上的极性固定的永磁体与固化在接触器基座上的极性可变的软磁体相互作用,从而达到吸引,保持和释放的目的。

换向接触器

软磁铁的可变极性是通过与其固化的电子模块产生十到二十毫秒的正负脉冲电流,使其产生不同的极性。根据现场需要,通过控制电子模块控制设定的脱扣电压值,反向脉冲电流也可以延时一段时间,以达到低压延时脱扣或停电延时脱扣的目的,使受控电动机避免因电力从电网摇摆而引起的跳闸,从而保持生产系统的稳定性。

换向接触器按驱动方式分为:液压接触器、气动接触器、电磁接触器。按动作方式分为:直动接触器和旋转接触器。
