交流接触器和直流接触器能否互换使用

  就功能而言,接触器的功能是隔离、切断或拉入电路。本质上,交流和直流接触器在触点方面是相同的,但线圈设计不同,使用的电压也不同。

  交流接触器由电磁系统、触头系统、灭弧装置、壳座等组成,交流接触器具有以下特点:

  ① 铁芯和电枢由硅钢片制成;

  ② 交流电压拉入线圈阻抗大;

  ③ 动态电枢和静态电枢中均嵌有短路环;

  ④ 具有用于连接或断开的主触头和数量不等的辅助触头,主触头上设有灭弧装置。

  直流接触器具有以下特性:

  ① 铁芯和电枢采用全固态材料,而不是硅钢片;

  ② 直流电压线圈具有较大的直流电阻值;

  ③ 它有不同数量的直流主触点和辅助触点。一些主触点配备有灭弧装置,一些主触点未配备灭弧装置。直流接触器主要用于远距离连接和断开直流回路中的负载。

  直流接触器还包括电磁机构、触头系统和灭弧装置。例如,电磁机构由铁芯、吸合线圈和电枢组成,大多采用绕棱角旋转的拍打结构。由于通过吸合线圈的电流是直流电,在正常情况下,线圈中的通电不会对铁芯产生涡流,因此铁芯不会发热,因此没有铁损。因此,铁芯可采用整体铸铁或铸钢制成。直流低压接触器线圈绕组匝数大于交流接触器线圈匝数,因此直流接触器线圈电阻值较大。


  另外,直流接触器的工作原理与交流接触器的工作原理完全相同,这里不必赘述。基于上述情况,交流接触器和直流接触器不能互换使用。
